LaMar Joy was born in 1957, in Jena, LA.  He and his wife Michelle have been married for 33 years.  They have three children, Michael, Paul, and Rachael, and eight grandchildren.  He has been in the ministry for 28 years and currently pastors in Arkansas.  He loves to hunt, golf, write, and collect antiquities.
