Young designed and built twenty-one unique stone houses that look like they came from fairy tales. Ranging in size from large sprawling homes to tiny one-bedroom cottages, they are constructed of ice age boulders, fieldstone, and area limestone. The distinctive charm of these "fairy-tale houses" left a visible and lasting legacy that continues to fascinate people today.
