Domestic ground orders are delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Non US orders may incur a customs fee/customs brokerage charge based on the amount and country delivered to. Pathway Book Service is not responsible for the shipping for refused orders.
For expedited or international shipments, contact Customer Service (see Contact Us). Unfortunately due to new tax compliance rules we are unable to ship to the EU or UK at this time.
Orders placed before 10 AM Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later in the day are shipped on the next business day.
If a customer provides Pathway with an e-mail address, a confirmation e-mail that includes tracking information will be sent when the order is shipped.
